As I suspected, this has been a crazy time.  I’d need 36 hours in a day to get through everything I am supposed to be doing in the day and get to sleep at night.  Training has sort of been coming along.  I am swimming like a fish.  I am swimming about the same as I did in college (@ YSU) with maybe 1/3 of the training.  The long weekend runs have been nice.  I havent been able to get in as much as the speed as I’d like to (or as I am supposed to be).  Early season races are short, in general, so I need to change the way I am used to training a bit.  I am hoping that biking is still going to be strong once I start getting on my bike routinely.  For now, I am just happy when weather and time constraints allow me to ride.  Pre-season is quickly coming to an end and I’d like to have a little better base built up for the start of race season in mid-March.  Spring Break is coming soon and so is my new Trek bike, maybe the cobination of the two will be enough to get me into my much needed workout routine.  For now, I am just trying to keep my head above water in a sea of school work (maybe this addition training is why my swimming is so on point).
